Nathan.

Nathan, also known as Baby Boy A, was born at 4:34pm weighing 3lbs 10oz.  He was a healthy 30 weeker and everyone expected that he would be home well before his due date.  However, God had other plans for our little fighter.  When he was two weeks old, Nathan really started to stuggle with his breathing and eating.  At that time we found out that he had a bilateral Grade III brain bleed and two days later we found out that he had a life threatening intestinal infection, these were two of his most significant battles while in the NICU.  The doctors were very open with us regarding the struggles that they expected Nathan would face as a result of his brain bleed.
